Designing for print and website

Designing for both print and website are equally challenging and many elements are to be put into consideration apart from each other. Both are to attract audiences and to get the messages or information across. ‘The principles of design are qualities important to any visual presentation regardless of topic or audience’ ( Reep, Diana C., 2006).This will determine the success for the designs together with a good layout.

In print the audiences will be able to have physical sense of tough. In print it is limited to the space given. Inches are used for the print as measurements. It can be as smell as a name card to huge billboards. The colour will appear different after printing.
In the online domain, the website will have unlimited space, pages for the audiences to which are interactive that will encourage the audience to explore further hence getting the audiences to be attracted to it. Pixels are used for the measurements of spaces. The design must look good to all computer monitor resolutions. The colour will be different from one monitor to another.
